インプロビゼーションで、どんどんテンションが上がっていっても、それに対応する熱いフレーズを叩き出せる、そういうところが格好いい。2:00くらいのところで、こんなん、このくらいが限度じゃねと思ったけど、そのあとも、最後までグイグイ押したまま。原曲の最後にもかなり長いソロがあったので、その辺のリックを使いまわしているのかもしれないけど…それにしても、ジャズなのか、フュージョンなのか、ブルースなのか分からないけど、この音の嵐には迫力がある。ただ、種明かしをすれば意外とシンプルで、それなりにコピーをしたことがある人なら、あー、そういうの弾いたことあるかもという感じの指使い。だからと言って、簡単にまねが出来そうという気もしないけど…ともなく、途中でバテず、仕切り直しもせず、息もつかずにゴリゴリ弾きまくるという美学。ひたすら上昇あるのみ。すごーい。
